Although its ultra variant has not been announced, the vivo X300 Pro boasts specs rivaling most "Ultra" branded flagships.

Versus the regular X300, the X300 Pro is packed with a larger display, bigger battery capacity, and a more powerful camera system.

The new phone comes with an IP68/69 dust and water resistant body, Unibody 3D Glass Design with Coral Velvet Glass Technique, and a larger 6.78-inch 8T LTPO OLED 120Hz screen with 1.5K resolution, and an ultrasonic In-Display fingeprint reader.

This display also has HDR10+, Dolby Vision, Netflix HDR, TÜV Rheinland Flicker Free Certification, and SGS Low Blue Light certifications.

Inside, the device is powered by the new 3nm MediaTek Dimensity 9500 octa-core processor with Mali G1-Ultra graphics. vivo paired it with the Blueprint imaging chip V3+ for improved photos and video recording.

This phone also has 16GB and 512GB memory option and is powered by the 6,510mAh battery with BlueVolt Battery with USB-C 90W FlashCharge + 40W Wireless FlashCharge.

Accoridng to vivo, this configuration is capable of recording a jaw-dropping 4.1 million AnTuTu benchmark score
—indicating that it is one of the fastest phones in the world.

This runs on Android 16 with OriginOS 6 with Origin Design, Origin Island, and Origin Smooth Engine. It also has AI SuperLink system and promises seamless connectivity with Apple ecosystem.

vivo claims that it has "Sustained Fluency under Full Scenarios Heavy Usage for 5 Years" as well as 4 years of major OS upgrades.

The cameras

The main highlight of the phone are its cameras—with 4 ZEISS enchanced sensors in total.

It uses a 50MP f/1.57 Sony LYT-828 ZEISS camera with Gimbal-level OIS paired with 50MP f/2.0 JN1 ZEISS Ultra Wide-Angle Camera and 200MP f/2.67 Ultra-Sensing Sensor HPB 85mm ZEISS APO Telephoto Camera. It also has an Adaptive Zoom Flash.

camera system has CIPA 5.5-Rated Image Stabilization ensuring smooth video shooting with its different lenses.

For selfies, it has 50MP f/2.0 JN1 ZEISS Wide-Angle camera.

The handset is capable of recording 4K 60fps Portrait Video, 4K 120fps Dual-Channel EIS, and 4K 120fps 10-Bit Log.

Moreover, it has support for the vivo ZEISS 2.35x Telephoto Extender and Photography Kit, making the phone great for long distance shooting in scenarios like concerts and natural landscapes.

There is no word regarding the local pricing of the new phones yet. BUT, vivo Philippines said in its press release to stay tuned for the availability of the vivo X300 Series in the country.
