OPPO A6x Series announced: Up to Dimensity 6300 5G SoC, 6,500mAh capacity

OPPO recently launched two new A6x Series budget smartphones—either 4G or 5G models.

New budget OPPO phones announced

Both phones have identical designs. The 4G model is available in Ice Blue or Plum Purple colors. The 5G edition arrived in Ice Blue and Olive Green paint finishes.

OPPO A6x 5G

The two are packed with a 6.75-inch LCD screen at a 120Hz refresh rate, HD+ resolution, 1125 nits peak brightness, GloveTouch, and a top-center punch hole for the 5MP selfie camera.

Inside, the 4G variant uses the 6nm Snapdragon 685 Mobile Platform with Adreno GPU, 4GB or 6GB RAM, and 64GB/128GB/256GB internal storage.

The 5G edition is equipped with MediaTek's 6nm Dimensity 6300 octa-core processor, Mali-G57 MC2 GPU, 4GB or 6GB RAM, and 64GB/128GB internal storage.

These phones are powered by a large 6,500mAh battery capacity. The 5G edition supports USB-C 45W fast charging. The 4G model has no fast charging. The two have 5W reverse wired charging support.

The colors

In the camera department, the two feature a 13MP main camera paired. The 4G model has an extra monochrome camera.

Both run on Android 15 with ColorOS 15 skin on top. 

The phones also have the 48-Month Fluency Protection, which means that they were tested to stay smooth for 48 months.
