realme P4x launched: 144Hz 6.72-inch LCD, Dimensity 7400 Ultra, 7,000mAh battery

realme has launched the realme P4x as the latest addition to its P Series.

Massive battery + capable chip

The device is offered in Matte Silver, Elegant Pink, and Lake Green color options. Additionally, it carries an IP64 rating for dust and water resistance and MIL-STD-810H certification.

It features a 6.72-inch FullHD+ LCD display with a 144Hz refresh rate, 1000 nits max brightness, and a centered punch-hole cutout for the 8-megapixel front-facing camera. The display is also advertised to offer 96.9 percent touch accuracy when used with wet hands.

The features

Powering the smartphone is the Dimensity 7400 Ultra processor, paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.

The handset is equipped with a 7,000 mAh battery supporting 45W wired charging and bypass charging functionality.

For photography, the rear camera system consists of a 50MP primary sensor and a 2MP auxiliary unit.

Other notable features include a side-mounted fingerprint reader, stereo speakers, a 5,300 mm² vapor chamber cooling system, and support for 90FPS gameplay in titles such as BGMI, Call of Duty: Mobile, and Mobile Legends. 

In terms of connectivity, it uses WiFi 6 (2.4GHz/5GHz), 5G, 4G LTE, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, Beidou, GLONASS, Galileo, QZSS, and dual SIM.

The device runs on realme UI 6.0, based on the Android 15 operating system.

The phone is currently available in India. No word yet if it will become available in the Philippines.
