While activating 3D splits the 4K resolution between the two eyes, the combined stereoscopic effect achieves a perceived clarity close to the original 2D image.

To enable the special 3D mode, you must download the Odyssey 3D Hub, and your hardware must be RTX 3080 and up. Anyway, it is also very capable of displaying even without using the said feature.

Also, keep in mind that there are only a small number of supported games for 3D at the moment and that Samsung will update its list in the future.
