vivo V70 FE launched: 7,000mAh battery, Dimensity 7360 Turbo, 200MP main camera

vivo V70 FE was introduced in Indonesia, expanding its V70 Series line with an emphasis on camera capabilities and battery performance.

Lighter model in the V70 Series

The device incorporates a high-resolution primary camera alongside a large-capacity battery and several durability-focused features.

To start, it is available in the colorways Muse Purple, Ocean Blue, and Titanium Silver. The V70 FE also has IP68 and IP69 dust- and water-resistance for strong protection against unwanted dirt and water.

In front, the phone features a 6.83-inch AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 10-bit colors, 1,900 nits of peak brightness, and HDR10+ support.

Powering the device is the 2.5GHz 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 7360-Turbo chipset with Mali-G615 MC2 GPU.

It is paired with 8GB/12GB RAM and 256GB/512GB storage. The device is equipped with a 7,000mAh battery and supports USB-C 90W wired fast charging. 

The cameras

In the camera department, the V70 FE uses a 200MP main sensor with an f/1.88 aperture and optical image stabilization. It is complemented by an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera. 

For selfies and video calls, the front houses a 32MP camera. vivo has also integrated an Aura Light on the rear panel to assist with portrait photography lighting.

Other features mentioned are stereo speakers and an in-display fingerprint reader for security.

Connectivity options are WiFi (2.4GHz/5GHz), 5G, 4G, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, IR Blaster, NFC, and dual SIM.

The handset runs on OriginOS 6, based on Android 16. vivo has committed to providing up to six years of security updates for the device, though specific details regarding the number of Android OS upgrades have not been disclosed.
