The smartwatch is equipped with approximately 99 natural diamonds across its case, crown, and strap, along with 60 diamond facets surrounding the sapphire glass. Diamond stones replace the traditional hour markers at the 12, 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions on the dial.
The case features a diamond-cut pattern, and the standard dual-crown configuration found on other models in the lineup has been replaced with a single diamond crown and a pill-shaped button. HUAWEI has positioned the device toward female consumers who want luxurious style while also being able to track their health progress.
The Watch Ultimate Star Diamond Edition retains the health management features found across the Ultimate Design family.

An X-TAP Smart Button enables single-tap health status checks, while a Mini-health checkup function delivers readings across up to 17 health indicators within 60 seconds.
The device also includes a Hyperglycemia Risk Assessment tool designed to flag elevated blood glucose levels — defined as exceeding 125 mg/dL fasting or 180 mg/dL post-meal — and an AI-driven Fat Reduction and Body Shaping feature that generates personalized workout and routine recommendations.
Additional features include eSIM calling, smart car key control, Celia AI integration, and independent payment functionality that does not require a paired smartphone. The watch is compatible with both iOS and Android devices.
