Two teams from each country qualified through national selection rounds to advance to the regional finals.
The Philippines will be represented by the NU Bulldogs, a collegiate team with multiple championship titles, and FAITH Colleges Bravehearts, who have competed in the MDL Philippines circuit.
Meanwhile, Indonesia's representatives, Little Pikaa and Semangka, emerged from a field of 476 teams.
Singapore's TKP and Clarity Gaming secured their spots through the national qualifier, with Clarity Gaming having transitioned from ranked play to competitive stage competition.
On the other hand, Malaysia's KPTM x Velocity, formed from casual play, won the national title on home soil.
