Xiaomi 17T Pro launched in PH: 5x telephoto, Dimensity 9500, PHP 45,999 starting price

Aside from the Xiaomi 17T, the brand also launches the 17T Pro model.

The Xiaomi 17T Pro

Looking more like a flagship + 120x zoom

It poses a similar design to the standard model, but it is bigger in size as the Pro measures at 162.2 x 77.5 x 8.25 mm and 219g. It also carries the same IP68 dust and water resistance protection of the base model.

Additionally, the Xiaomi 17 Pro is available in three colors: Black, Blue, and Violet.

The display

The phone also boasts a larger 6.83-inch panel at 2772 x 1280 pixels with a higher 144Hz refresh rate.

Meanwhile, it also features 3,500 nits peak brightness, 68 billion colors within the DCI-P3 color gamut, DC dimming, HDR10+, and Dolby Vision. 

The Pro also supports a 1 nit ultra-dim mode, and 3,840 Hz PWM dimming is present on the standard model. Both carry identical TÜV Rheinland certifications for low blue light, flicker-free, circadian-friendly, and intelligent eye care standards.

Inside, it is powered by the 4.21GHz 3nm Dimensity 9500 octa-core processor with Mali-G1 Ultra GPU. It is paired with a 12GB RAM + 256GB/512GB UFS 4.1 memory.

Another highlight is the battery, which is upgraded to 7,000mAh + 100W HyperCharge and 50W wireless HyperCharge.

The cameras

The Xiaomi 17T Pro's cameras have a 50MP f/1.67 Light Fusion 950 OIS main camera with a LEICA Summilux lens. Similarly, it carries the 12MP ultra-wide snapper at 120-degree FOV  + 50MP f/3.0 OIS 5x telephoto sensor with 30cm macro and LEICA lens.

Both devices also achieve 120x AI Ultra Zoom, as per Xiaomi.

Across both models, audio is handled by dual stereo speakers, a three-microphone array, Dolby Atmos, and Hi-Res and Hi-Res Wireless certification. 

Its AI features cover AI Writing, AI Speech Recognition, AI Interpreter, AI Search, AI Dynamic Wallpapers, AI Creativity Assistant, Circle to Search with Google, and Google Gemini.

Both phones support WiFi 7, 5G, 4G, Bluetooth, GPS, NFC, and dual SIM.

Finally, the two phones run HyperOS 3 based on Android 16.
