These upgrades promise to give residents and businesses faster, more reliable mobile connectivity that supports learning, commerce, and community resilience.

The upgrades now span 21 barangays, boosting mobile speeds, improving upload and download performance, and enabling digital‑first activities such as online learning, remote work, e‑commerce, cloud applications, and IoT solutions.

Globe General Manager for South Luzon Adonis Evangelista emphasized that reliable connectivity is vital for inclusive growth, while Naga City Mayor Leni Robredo underscored its role in preparing the city for a future‑ready economy.

Reliable digital connectivity is key to Naga City's continued growth and transformation. Globe has been a valuable partner in expanding digital access while promoting responsible technology use through initiatives that benefit our students, communities, and local institutions. Together, these efforts help advance our vision of a more connected, resilient, and future-ready Naga, said Naga City Mayor Leni Robredo.  

Complementing the rollout, Globe continues its Digital Thumbprint Program (DTP) with the Naga City Government and the Department of Education.
