RCBC Waives InstaPay Fees starting July 4, 2026

Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC) is waiving InstaPay digital transfer fees across mobile banking platforms, effective July 4, 2026.

Beginning July 4, 2026, RCBC customers can enjoy up to 30 FREE InstaPay transfers per month for transactions of at least PHP 100. Transfers below PHP 100 or those exceeding the monthly limit will incur a PHP 10 fee.

RCBC customers who transfer funds using the RCBC DiskarTech App will enjoy unlimited FREE InstaPay transfers, with no minimum transaction amount and no monthly cap (subject to standard per-transaction limits of up to PHP 50,000).

This initiative applies to transfers to other local banks, e-wallets, and participating financial institutions via the InstaPay network. Standard limits remain: PHP 50,000 per transaction and daily aggregate caps where applicable.

RCBC Hexagon Club members (Privilege and Priority tiers) continue to enjoy their existing free InstaPay benefits, which may offer additional or unlimited transfers depending on tier.

How to avail of FREE InstaPay Transfers:

1. Download or update the RCBC Pulz or DiskarTech app from the Apple App Store, Google Play, or HUAWEI AppGallery
2. Log in to your RCBC Account.
3. Navigate to the Send Money or Transfer section and select InstaPay.
4. Enter details and confirm - qualifying transfers will be processed fee-free automatically.
