REDMI has been progressively unveiling details of its upcoming Note 17 series ahead of the launch next week, with the company now confirming battery and display specifications for the Note 17 Pro.
According to Redmi, the Note 17 Pro will feature a 9,000mAh battery supporting 67W wired fast charging and 22.5W reverse wired charging. The company also announced that it will offer free battery replacements if the battery's maximum capacity falls below 80 percent within four years of purchase.
On the display front, Redmi confirmed the Note 17 Pro will have a flat panel with 1.5K resolution and a peak brightness of 3,500 nits.
The company had earlier disclosed that the device would include Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection and carry an IP69K rating, and released a teaser video showcasing the phone's resistance to water and physical impact.
The REDMI Note 17 Pro is reportedly expected to be powered by a Snapdragon 6 Gen 5 chipset and include a 200MP primary rear camera, though these details have not been officially confirmed.
