Cherry Mobile Flare S4 Mini Now Official, Retails At 1699 Pesos

First leaked last month, Cherry Mobile finally introduced the Flare S4 Mini. It's an entry level handset that touts the "Deluxe" like chassis at the back design that popularized the Flare S4 line.

The Cherry Mobile Flare S4 Mini features a 4 inch capacitive screen, 1.2 GHz SC7731 quad core processor, Mali 400 GPU, 512 MB RAM, 4 GB expandable ROM and 1,200 mAh of battery capacity.
