In line with the initiatives of PLDT / Smart Communications Inc. and the Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC) of the Philippine government, the participating parties has fulfilled their promise of installing FREE WiFi Service at NAIA.

Not just your ordinary FREE WiFi
Now, all 4 terminals of NAIA is equipped with a super speedy "carrier grade" 1 Gbps of internet that can carry up to 3,000 users of the FREE Smart WiFi! It can be used by anybody who's inside the premises of NAIA to surf the internet, check their emails, download files, messaging, and staying connected.

"This state-of-the-art communication infrastructure will help boost the country's tourism industry. Today's travelers are constantly online and rely on mobile apps for information and services that will make their trips more enjoyable and productive," said PLDT and Smart chairman, president, and CEO Manuel V. Pangilinan.
This FREE WiFi service is a part of Smart's 1B Pesos investment of providing FREE, fast, and reliable internet in key transport hubs all over the country together with the Philippine government.
In the end, these types of service will benefit travelers at NAIA and shall attract both domestic / international tourism.
