OnePlus updates OnePlus 5 to Oreo, will get the Face Unlock feature in the future too
Today, OnePlus has started rolling the highly anticipated Android 8.0 Oreo operating system update to the OnePlus 5. It's a a part of the OxygenOS 5.0 update.

The update brings all the new Oreo features, optimizations, and improvements to the launcher. OnePlus has also improved the camera app UI, optimized the image quality of thte phone, and added beauty effect on the portrait mode.
Moreover, it has parallel app feature, new design for quick settings, new design for lift-up display, and more.
It also has the Android December security part. The update started rolling out to all countries. Check the update from settings.
In addition, Carl Pei stated that due to popular demand, the Face Unlock feature of the OnePlus 5T is coming to the OnePlus 5 too.
However, there's no definite timeline yet.
