Motorola announces Moto G6, G6 Plus and G6 Play

Motorola is bringing out their lineup for the mid range market with the Moto G6, G6 Plus and G6 Play. It features the 18:9 Max Vision Display for a new look.

First off, the Moto G6 has a 5.7-inch FHD+ display at 2160 x 1080 resolution and 18:9 aspect ratio. It houses a 64-bit Snapdragon 450 octa-core processor clocked in at 1.8GHz, 3GB/4GB of RAM with a 32GB/64GB expandable storage, and a 3,000 mAh battery with Turbo Charging.

It also has a dual camera setup at the back with a 12MP + 5MP sensors with LED flash while the selfie camera has a 16MP sensor.

Moto G6

It is running Android 8.0 Oreo. It also has 4G VoLTE, Dolby Audio, 3.5 mm headphone jack, fingerprint sensor and a P2i water repellent nano coating.

Moto G6 Plus

The Moto G6 Plus has a 5.93-inch FHD+ display with an 18:9 aspect ratio. It has a faster 64-bit Snapdragon 630 clocked in at 2.2GHz, Adreno 508 GPU, 4GB/6GB of RAM with 64GB expandable storage and a 3200 mAh battery with Turbo Charging.

It has a dual 12MP f/1.7 main camera with Dual Pixel technology with a 5MP secondary sensor. The selfie camera sports an 8MP sensor.

It is running Android 8.0 Oreo as well. It has a fingerprint sensor, P2i water repellant nano coating, front ported speaker. Dolby Audio, 4G VoLTE and NFC.

Moto G6 Play

Lastly, the Moto G6 Play has a 5.7-inch HD+ display with an 18:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood, it has a 64-bit Snapdragon 430, Adreno 505 GPU, 2GB RAM with 16GB expandable storage with a huge 4000 mAh battery with Turbo Charging. It has a 13MP f/2.0 main camera with PDAF and LED flash and a 8MP selfie shooter.

It still has a fingerprint sensor, 3.5 mm headphone jack, front-ported loudspeaker, Dolby Audio and 4G VoLTE. It runs Android 8.0 Oreo.

The Moto G6 is priced at USD 249, G6 Plus starts at EUR 299 and the G6 Play is USD 199.
