The Android Oreo (Go edition) has Google's lite version of apps. It is also designed to work on phones with lesser hardware, limited network, and smaller data plans.
5-inch FWVGA screen

As expected, the Huawei Y3 2018 has limited specs due to its expected very low price tag. It has a 5-inch FVWGA screen, 64-bit MediaTek quad-core chip, 1GB RAM, 8GB expandable storage, and 2,280mAh.

But, it has an interesting 8MP f/2.0 primary shooter with AF and LED flash at the back for basic mobile photography. On the front, it goes with a 2MP FF sensor for selfies.

It is also one of the few Oreo (Go edition) phones with 4G LTE connectivity.
