Smart, TNT, Sun, and Globe prepaid loads now with 1-year validity

In compliance to Memorandum Circular (MC) No. 05-12-2017, all prepaid loads in the Philippines now has 1-year of validity.

Smart and Globe complied with the Memorandum Circular (MC) No. 05-12-2017

It is a mandate by the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC), Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), and Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).

Effective July 5, 2018, all Smart, TNT, Sun, and Globe prepaid loads now has 1-year of validity.

For Smart, it include all load denominations of Smart Prepaid, Smart Bro, TNT, Sun Prepaid, Sun Broadband Wireless Prepaid, Smart Link, Smart Marino, PLDT Prepaid Landline Plus, and PLDT Home.

All prepaid loads below PHP 300 for both telcos will also have the said one year of validity.

Previously, the 1-year expiration period was only available for those who has prepaid load of worth PHP 300 and above.
