IFA 2018: LG G7 One launched, an Android One device with Snapdragon 835 SoC

LG just announced the G7 One. It's the first smartphone of the company that runs under the Android One program.

Basically, the LG G7 One shares a lot of similarities with the LG G7 ThinQ except for its slightly toned down specs. According to LG, it was designed to allow a broader range of consumer to enjoy a product with flagship-level features.

Sleek design

It still has the MIL-STD 810G compliant body and 6.1-inch 19.5:9 FullVision Super Bright Display with HDR10 support.

Inside, it is using the Snapdragon 835 flagship processor last year. It is paired with Adreno 540 GPU, 4GB RAM, and 32GB storage. It should be as powerful as other devices like the Galaxy S8 last year.

It is not using a dual camera setup as well. But, it has a single 16MP sensor with extra bright f/1.6 aperture. The said camera is assisted by the power of AI. It can detect if you are shooting a person, food, pet, landscape, city, flower, sunrise, sunset, and more.

The rest are the same with the higher-end LG G7 ThinQ with Snapdragon 845 SoC this year. It has a 3,000mAh battery, 8MP f/1.9 wide-angle selfie camera, IP68 water and dust resistance, 32-bit HiFi quad DAC, and Boombox stereo speakers.
