In particular, the Galaxy Note9 has a stunning metal and glass build which uses a diamond cut method to make it sleeker and more premium than the Note 8.

It now has a bigger 6.4-inch Super AMOLED panel with WQHD+ resolution at 514 ppi. It is still arguably the best screen with popping colors and deep blacks and contrast in the market.

Inside, powering this handset is the same 64-bit Exynos 9810 octa-core processor found on the beastly Galaxy S9. It is built under the 10 nm FinFET process.

As a result, this chipset is power efficient and very fast. It also has the Mali-G72 MP18 graphics which can handle most of the heavy games with ease.

Samsung also improved the max RAM and ROM size of this device. It now has up to 8GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. The best part? You can even expand the ROM up to 1TB with the use of a microSD card.

On the camera part, it still goes with the same 12MP (f/1.5/f/2.4) + 12MP f/2.4 telephoto lens w/ Dual Pixel and Dual OIS found on the Galaxy S9+. But, it now has an intelligent camera that can detect up to 20 different scenes to automatically improve its picture quality.

For selfies, it is one of the best out there. It has an 8MP f/1.7 shooter with AF and screen flash. It also has AR Emoji that can make an emoji out of yourself.

The highlight of this device is improved Intelligent S Pen. It now has Bluetooth which you can use to control PowerPoint presentations. It also has the usual gestures and functions found on the S Pen before.

It also has a stereo speaker setup tuned by AKG. It also has Dolby Atmos support.

For security, this phone has both the fingerprint scanner and face unlock tech. The fingerprint scanner is now found on an easier to reach location.

Samsung uses facial recognition and iris scanner combined for fast and accurate face unlock.

Samsung also improved the DeX. It is now built-in which doesn't need the dock anymore. All you need to use is the USB Type-C to HDMI cable for the PC mode.
