Infinix unveils the new Hot S3X

Hong Kong-based firm Infinix Mobile released the Hote S3X in India, the successor of the Hot S3.

Infinix India CEO Anish Kapoor is confident that the new device can gain traction given its great specifications. 

We are positive that it will receive the same love as its predecessor, making Infinix a part of the country’s Diwali celebrations.

The latest device in the company's "Hot S" series features a 6.2-inch HD+ 19:9 display with a notch.

Infinix Hot S3X

Inside the Hot S3X is Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 and 4000mAh battery. In terms of storage, the smartphone comes with 3GB of RAM and 32GB internal storage, expandable memory up to 128GB via a microSD. 

For its optics, it is equipped with a dual camera setup at the back, composed of a 12MP and 2MP cameras. Its selfie shooter, meanwhile, has 16MP camera, further boosted with 4-in-1 pixel technology merges 4 pixels into one pixel, allowing the device to capture more light. The cameras are also powered by artificial intelligence (AI) beauty algorithm and bokeh mode. 

It runs on Android 8.1 Oreo with the firm's XOS Hummingbird V3.3 on top. It also has fingerprint sensor at the back. 

The Infinix HOT S3X is available in three color options: Ice Blue, Sandstone Black, and Tradewinds Gray. It can be purchased for Rs. 9999 or around PHP 7,000. 

There is no word yet if the device will be globally launched.
