PLDT and Smart prepare for the Road to the Nationals DOTA 2 and Tekken 7 finals

PLDT and Smart is teaming up for the Dota 2 and Tekken 7 finals of "Road to the Nationals" tournament to be held at ESGS 2018 on October 26 to 28, 2018.

Hundreds of gamers went and joined the different legs of the "Road to the Nationa;s" over the past weeks. They are all fighting for a shot at the championship at DOTA 2 and Tekken 7. There is over PHP 1.2 million worth of prizes for the DOTA 2 tourney while Tekken 7 has over PHP 300,000 worth of prizes.

The champions, along with other finalists will have a chance to be picked by the founding of the Nationals and join the first eSports franchise model league in the country that gives pros a chance to represent the Philippines in international eSports events.

There are still some Road to the Nationals qualifiers for DOTA 2 scheduled on October 13th at the UGZ137 in Imus, Cavite and for Tekken 7 on October 6th and 14th at Playbook-Makati and on October 13th at Secret Base-Marikina.

PLDT and Smart are also set to host the country's biggest Mobile Legends tournament soon as part of the Road to the Nationals.
