EPSON announces EasyCare 360 enterprise printing management system!

Epson has launched in the Philippines its EasyCare 360 enterprise printing solution to ease printing management for customers!

The Epson EasyCare 360 comes with every purchase of the WorkForce Pro printer

The EasyCare360 is an all-in-one solution within the Epson printers that provide businesses hassle-free printing monitoring and management of consumables, spare parts, repair and maintenance.

It is a subscription service that customers can purchase separately from the Epson WorkForce Pro WF-C869 R printers that runs on "Pay-Per-Click" model per printer which allows customers to pay per page printed for each month.

The service reduces printing downtime with its premium on-call technical service that ensures continuous operations. This dedicated technical support team is guaranteed to respond within two-hours for solving on-site issues from 9AM to 4PM on Mondays to Saturdays except on National Holidays. This means that for calls after 4PM, on-site visit will be done on the following workday.

The subscription also includes free delivery of parts and consumables, remote troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, installation services and end-user training.

The EasyCare 360 is now currently only available to Metro Manila customers upon purchase of the WorkForce Pro WF-C869R units of printers.

The subscription service is not available for other printer models.
