OnePlus 6T's DxOMark score

DxOMark rated the OnePlus 6T with 98 points! In case you missed it, OnePlus 6T was launched just last month. It sports a 6.4-inch display with tiny notch, In-Display fingerprint scanner, SD845 SoC with Smart Boost tech, larger 3,700mAh battery capacity, new camera features, and Android 9.0 Pie Oreo OS with Oxygen OS out of the box.

For the cameras, OnePlus 6T boasts of new camera features include the Nightscape HDR 2s long exposure with detail optimization, multi-frame stabilization, and noise reduction. OnePlus also added the studio lighting mode which works like Apple's portrait lighting.

DxOMark's rating for the OnePlus 6T equals with the Google Pixel 2 which was released last year, 2017. They both fall on the 10th place in the DxOMark Mobile rankings.

DxOMark stated in their recent report: Our testers liked the 6T’s wide dynamic range, pleasant colors, and good detail preservation in almost all tested conditions. The autofocus was always reliable and quick as well. When shooting with flash, skin tones are rendered nicely and the bokeh mode is capable of producing decent results. On the downside, zoom shots show less detail than with some competitors’ phones, and many HDR-shots show artifacts, such as ringing, ghosting, or halos.

For a more detailed breakdown of the score, OnePlus 6T got 101 points for photo and 91 points for video.
