Realme India CEO Madhav Sheth revealed that the Realme 3 is in the works. The company also confirmed that they will have a phone with 48MP camera.

Sheth said that the Realme 3 will be announced at some point in the first quarter of 2019. He confirmed this in a telephonic interaction with indianexpress.com website.
We do not know the specs and features of the Realme 3 yet.
The 48MP mystery Realme camera phone will combat Redmi Note 7?
The main competitor of Realme is the new Redmi brand of Xiaomi. Redmi recently launched the Redmi Note 7, a handset with a 48MP Samsung ISOCELL Bright GM1 sensor and a dirt cheap price tag.
The said sensor is based on ISOCELL Plus pixel isolation technology which the performance for smaller dimension pixels and brings rich-resolution camera quality.
It is using a Tetracell technology which combines four pixels to work as one ala pixel binning to increase light sensitivity which is equivalent to 1.6μm pixel image sensor at 12MP resolution.
The result is it can capture images with balanced exposure, rich colors, and improved low light performance.
It is likely that the said mystery Realme device will be the company's answer to the Redmi Note 7.
Can they do it? Only time will tell.
