Xiaomi's sub-brand Redmi has just announced the Note 7 for China with a 48-megapixel camera and will start at CNY 999 or around PHP 7,600!

Redmi Note 7 key highlights

The highlight is dual lens set-up of a large 48-megapixel f/1.8 main shooter with a 5-megapixel depth sensor. The main camera used is the Samsung ISOCELL Bright GM1 sensor.

In blue color option

It uses pixel binning where in combines neighboring pixels into one to make a higher quality 12-megapixel image.

In front is a large 6.3 inch LTPS In-Cell waterdrop screen 2340 x 1080 display with an aspect ratio of 19.5 x 9 and is protected by Gorilla Glass 5.

It is powered by a Snapdragon 660 AIE CPU, Adreno 512 GPU, up to 6GB RAM and up to 64GB internal storage. The large 4,000mAh battery supports Quick Charge 4.0 via USB-C. 

There is also a 3.5 mm headphone jack.
