10x hybrid zoom, a breakthrough in mobile photography
OPPO's 10x hybrid zoom was made possible by using a triple-camera setup. There's a primary high-resolution 48MP sensor, wide-angle lens, and D-Cut optical periscope-like lens.

The company said that the modules will cover 35mm equivalent of 16mm to 160mm focal length. In comparison, Huawei Mate 20 Pro with 5x hybrid zoom has 16mm to 80mm.

The result? It can effectively make up to 10x lossless zoom. Moreover, it has up to 20x digital zoom with the help of software.

OPPO did not specify the official name of this smartphone yet. But they have already mentioned that this will be available in Q2 2019. The details about the pricing is also yet to be announced.
