Apple has an anticipated event on March 25 but they have just unveiled the lates iPad mini and iPad Air today.

The major change in the Apple iPad Air is its larger 10.5-inch display from the smaller 9.7-inch display. It still retains the same design, Touch ID for security instead of switching to the Face ID. Apple still also chose to retain the Lightning cable instead of moving to the USB Type-C. 

The main change in the iPad Air is that it upgraded from the A10 Fusion to the A12 Bionic. It still has the 3.5mm headphone jack. For the cameras, Apple iPad Air features a single 8MP rear camera and supports the first generation Apple Pencil rather than the second generation release.

Meanwhile, the latest iPad mini launched is packed with an upgraded A12 bionic processor, new advanced Retina panel, Apple pencil support, all of these with the same price tag as the previous model!

Apple claims that with the new A12 Bionic chip, the iPad mini now delivers three times the performance and nine times faster graphics.

Price and availability

The new Apple iPad Air is now available for USD 499 or a rough estimation of PHP 26,295. Meanwhile, the Apple iPad mini is now available, starts at USD 399 or rough estimation of PHP 21,025.
