Samsung Galaxy A20 with 6.4-inch AMOLED screen now in PH stores!

Samsung Mobile Philippines has silently made the Galaxy A20 available in our shores. It's the company's newest contender under PHP 10K.

AMOLED on a budget

At PHP 9,990, Samsung Galaxy A20 features a glossy back curved material an a rare 6.4-inch Super AMOLED screen with HD+ 1560 x 720 resolution at this price point.

Big AMOLED screen, affordable price tag

Under the hood, the phone is packed 1.6GHz 64-bit Exynos 7884 octa-core processor, 3GB RAM, 32GB storage, and 4,000mAh battery with USB-C 15W adaptive fast charging technology.

Dual-cam and fingerprint scanner behind

It also has the same 13MP f/1.9 primary camera + 5MP f/2.2 ultra-wide dual-camera setup found on the Galaxy M20. It also has an 8MP f/2.0 selfie camera with face unlock tech, fingerprint scanner behind, 4G LTE, and dual SIM slots.

It runs with Android 9.0 Pie OS with One UI out of the box.

Price and availability

Samsung Galaxy A20 was spotted at the Samsung Experience Store in Uptown Mall, BGC for PHP 9,990. It is expected to be available nationwide on April 27.

The specs of the online only Galaxy M20 is still a bit better at PHP 10,990. But if you want a phone with an AMOLED screen and Android Pie OS out of the box, the A20 is still a good deal for less.
