If priced aggressively, the Samsung Galaxy A70 could be one of the best phones the Korean giant has released but how good is it at taking pictures?

The Samsung Galaxy A70 uses a triple rear camera set up of a 32MP f/1.7, a 8MP f/2.2 ultra-wide angle lens, and a 5MP f/2.4 depth sensor with an LED flash. While the front facing camera is a 32MP f/2.0 with screen flash.
The camera app is the latest version found in the new One UI with modes like Photo, Video, Pro, Live Focus, Slow motion, Hyperlapse and Panorama.
In the Live Focus mode, you can toggle up to 7 levels of blur while the selfie beautification has up to 8 levels of color and skin tone.
The Pro Mode is basic with only options to change ISO, white balance and exposure compensation.
So far, it is looking to be a versatile phone for smartphone photography.
Take a look at our first shots with it.

Quick thoughts
Out of the box, the images from the A70's rear and front facing cameras produces super sharp images with vivid color and deep contrast in day light and indoor situations.
The rear and front facing cameras suffer in low light conditions as there is significant discoloration and loss of detail. Noise reduction is too aggressive.
We used a pre-production unit of the A70 so we think these issues can be addressed given at how great the daylight and indoor images are. We hope Samsung does so before it goes for Sale.
We had hoped that the cameras would impress us like the Galaxy A50 cameras did.
