At the bottom are the USB Type-C port, single bottom firing speaker, microphone and 3.5 mm headphone jack while the top only has a single microphone.
At the right side is the Volume rocker and power button while at the left is sim card tray. There is no Bixby button.
As mentioned earlier, the A20 looks good and it feels good. However, we wish it wasn't so slippery nor scratch prone.

A20's display |
1. The main draw of the A20 is the 6.4-inch 2.5D Super AMOLED with a resolution of 1560 x 720. There is no mention if it is protected by Gorilla Glass. Around it is the solid but lightweight polycarbonate frame. At the back is the beautiful but easily scratched glasstic back.
Inside is a large 4,000mAh battery that is charged via USB Type-C with a 15W Adaptive fast charger.

AnTuTu and GeekBench scores |
2. Under the hood is the 1.6GHz 64-bit Exynos 7884 octa-core processor with the Mali-G71 MP2 GPU. It is accompanied by 3GB RAM, and 32GB internal storage.
In AnTuTu the A20 scored 95,637 while in GeekBench the A20 scored 1,214 in the single core score and 3,704 multi-core score.
4G LTE works well so far too.
3. Like the rest of the new 2019 A-series phones from Samsung, the A20 is running on Android 9.0 Pie based One UI 1.1. This means that it now has the newer, more lightweight OS. It is also easier to navigate around the system. One UI is also optimized for one handed use and Samsung has made it easier to find features because of the improved organization and search function.
4. The rear camera is made up of a dual lens set-up of a 13MP f/1.9 and a 5MP f/2.2 ultra wide-angle lens with LED flash while the selfie camera has an 8MP f/2.0. Both front and back camera feature Live Focus and Beautification.
5. The phone has a fingerprint sensor, face unlock support, proximity sensor and a gyroscope.

As of the moment
At first glance, the Samsung Galaxy A20 is one of the better phones from the Korean Giant for its price that has been released in years!
This is because of its class leading Super AMOLED display. It also features a large 4,000mAh battery with USB-C 15W adaptive fast charging and a dual-camera setup with ultra-wide mode behind.
In terms of performance, the Exynos 7884 CPU and Mali-G71 MP2 GPU are more than enough for most people.
We will have to do more testing to see what the A20 can really do.
