Rumor: Alleged Samsung Galaxy Note 10 camera changes leaked?

Reliable leakers Ice universe (@UniverseIce) and @OnLeaks have hinted at the possible details of the Samsung Galaxy Note 10's camera.

Ice universe's latest tweet contained a diagram of the alleged camera design of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note 10. From this image, Phone arena has conceptualized each part and the design of the camera module.

PhoneArena speculates that the three large sensors are the primary, ultra wide and telephoto camera. Beside it are the ToF camera, the flash and the flood illuminator.

What appears to be missing from the diagram is the heart rate sensor which has been present in Samsung's flagship for years.

These are all speculation and have yet to be confirmed but if true, it is a dramatic change from the design and orientation found in the Samsung Galaxy S10 5G which has nearly the same cameras and sensors.
