Huawei has just announced the MediaPad M6 in two sizes: 10.8-inch and 8.4-inch. Both models have 2K display that is powered by the flagship 7nm Kirin 980 chip.

MediaPad tablets with flagship-grade specs from Huawei
Huawei has just announce the new MediaPad M6 in two sizes: 10.8-inch and 8.4-inch. Both tablets are running on Android 9.0 Pie with EMUI 9.1 that is powered by the Kirin 980 flagship processor and Mali-G76MP10 GPU with 4GB LPDDR4x RAM and up to 128GB of internal storage.
At the back of both tablets is a 13MP rear facing camera with PDAF while in front of both tablets is an 8MP front facing shooter. Both tablet's internal storage is expandable via microSD of up to 512GB.

Though the displays have different sizes they both offer 2560 x 1600 resolution with the smaller display offering higher pixels per inch.
The larger 10.8-inch tablet features a fingerprint scanner (on the home button), POGO pins at the back (for keyboard support), four speakers and a larger 7,500mAh battery while the smaller 8.4-inch tablet has dual speakers and 6,100mAh battery. Both charge via USB Type-C with 9V 2A power bricks.
Both tablets come in champagne gold but the 10.8-inch model gets an additional dark grey colorway.
Lastly, each tablet has either a WiFi and Bluetooth 5.0 only. Select models have 4G LTE support.

Pre-orders in China for the 8.4-inch model start on July 10 and will be available on July 20 while the 10.8-inch model will be available 10th. There is no information on the 10.8-inch keyboard's pricing and availability.
There is no word yet if the tablet will arrive in the Philippines. We will update this article should new information arrives.
