The decision to open an exclusive service center is part of Lenovo's push to place customer's interests and needs as a priority. They aim to drive innovation that will exceed expectations and focus on improving customer experience. That is through flexible after sales services that is fast yet quality.

The service center is located at the ground floor of North Domingo Place, Domingo St., San Juan City. It will provide exclusive repair services on Lenovo customers with consumer and commercial products. Customers can choose from a variety of offerings including Warranty and Out-of-Warranty Repairs and Installation of Upgrades that covers memory, HDD and more.

Lenovo will also offer parts and accessories for both original and OEM items.

There are also exclusive offers in the Lenovo Service Center. These are Premium Care and Accidental Damage Protection. Premium Care provides 24/7 technical support over the phone, hardware repair service delivery, single resource for software and hardware expertise, extended Field Response Time from 9 AM to 9 PM and annual PC health checks.

Accidental Damage Protection is a service offering support for damages not usually covered by standard warranties. This includes liquid damage for both operational and structural failures. Damage from bumps and drops from not more than 5 meters and electrical surge damage.
