Build Quality/Design - In terms of design, the OPPO F11 Pro has a gradient back with a glossy finish. All three have no notch upfront due to their motorized pop-up selfie cameras.
The OPPO F11 Pro pop-up camera is found at the top middle of the device while the Xiaomi Mi 9T has it at the top left and the Vivo V15 has it at the right. Mi 9T has a cool light in its pop-up camera.
In terms of the rear cameras, the F11 Pro and Mi 9T have it vertically aligned at the top middle while the V15 Pro has at the top left.
Both the Mi 9T and V15 Pro has an In-Display fingerprint sensor while the OPPO F11 Pro has a traditional one at the back of the device.

Our thoughts
OPPO F11 Pro and V15 are about equal. The two phones are also considered quite good for the price.
However, Mi 9T takes the win on paper. It has a better build/design, more powerful specs, and a better camera system despite being more affordable.
