Bye ColorOS, hello realme OS

Realme is currently using OPPO's ColorOS for its phone, but it prevents them from delivering the features that their fans have been asking for.

Having its own skin and OS would also mean that realme would be more in control of its customizations, optimizations, and features.

Details are scarce for now though. It is also unclear if when will it be available. For now, the OS is believed to be based on Android Q.

In an interview back in April, Sheth told GSMArena that "I believe stock Android is not the right experience".

It means that this UI won't have a stock-like look. Instead, it will be a skinned OS with lots of features that I personally like better.

Sheth also hinted that something is coming "before Diwali". Diwali is on October 27, so we are hoping to see realme OS powered devices by that time.
