Vivo NEX 3 5G will be announced on September 16!

On Weibo, Vivo revealed that the NEX 5G will go official in Shanghai, China on September 16!

As its name suggests, NEX 5G is expected to be a flagship smartphone equipped with 5G connectivity. It could also be the very first Vivo smartphone equipped with a 6.89-inch FHD+ 2256 x 1080 AMOLED waterfall display with 99.6 percent of screen-to-body ratio.

Based on TENAA's latest listing in China, it is a phone with the V1924T model number. It revealed that it will be powered by the 7nm Snapdragon 855 Plus processor paired Adreno 640 GPU and Qualcomm X50 5G modem.

The handset is also expected to feature up to 12GB RAM, up to 512GB storage, and 4,500mAh battery with ultra-fast charging with the rumored USB-C 120W fast charging support.

For the cameras, it has a 64MP Samsung GW1 primary cam, a 13MP 120-degree ultra-wide lens, and another 13MP camera. There's a 16MP front-facing camera for selfies as well.

The phone also has Bluetooth 5, NFC, GPS + GLONASS, and dual SIM slots.

It measures at 167.44 x 76.18 x 8.4 mm and weighs at 218 grams.
