New Method: How to install Google Mobile Services on Huawei Mate 30 Pro?
At its PHP 50,990 (now PHP 46,990) price tag, Huawei's new Mate 30 Pro is one of the best flagship phones of 2019 due to its beautiful design, future-proof specs, and the Leica cameras to beat.

However, due to the restrictions by the US government, Google was forced to prevent Huawei from using its mobile services, Google Mobile Services.
Google Mobile Services (GMS) contains a lot of Google services and the Google Play Store where you can download millions of applications. It also includes some important apps like Gmail, Maps, YouTube, Keep, and more.
The previous workaround to install Google on your Mate 30 Pro has been taken down as well.
But if you are eyeing to get this phone and you are in dire need of Google applications, worry not. Since it is a phone that is based on Android, there are other means to install GMS.
Here's one of them. Just follow the steps. This is also the method that our friend Jam Ancheta used.

2. Extract the files: EMUI 9.1.1 Google pack, HiSuite_9.0.3.300,HUAWEI Mate 30 Pro_2019-10-04 17.00.14

3. Extract HiSuite and install it on your PC.

| Follow the steps after the HiSuite update |
4. Open HiSuite and update HiSuite to the latest version.

5. Connect your Huawei Mate 30 Pro, allow HiSuite to use HDB, agree and follow the instructions.

6. Click "Restore" and press "Edit".

7. Select "HUAWEI Mate 30 Pro_2019-10-04 17.00.14", press "OK", and press "Restore".

Just note that aside from Google, Huawei now has its own AppGallery app, a Huawei-focused ecosystem. Huawei is currently working with developers to bring frequently and commonly used apps to the AppGallery.
You can also use Aptiode, APK Pure, and other 3rd party apps installer.
To recall, once Huawei is allowed to do business with US companies again like Google, Huawei previously said that it has an OTA (over-the-air) update ready to seed to its users.
