Qualcomm fights back, Snapdragon 865 scores higher than A13 and Dimensity 1000
The AnTuTu benchmark score of Qualcomm's newest flagship chipset, the Snapdragon 865 has just surfaced online.

On a reference device with 2880 x 1440 screen, 12GB RAM, and 64GB UFS 2.1 storage, the Snapdragon 865 SoC and Adreno 650 GPU achieved a monster score of 568,919. |

Basically, it is higher than the score of all the other chips designed for smartphones including Apple's A13 Bionic chip, MediaTek's new Dimensity 1000, and Huawei HiSilicon Kirin 990 5G SoC.
In comparison, the iPhone 11 Pro Max with A13 has 549,717. The MediaTek Dimensity 1000 recorded 511,363.
As a quick, Snapdragon 865 is based on a 7nm manufacturing process. It is said to deliver 25 percent better performance than the Snapdragon 855+ thanks to the new Kyro 585 CPU. It is paired with the Adreno 650 GPU.
It also has a new AI Engine that is designed to deliver 15 trillion operations per second or 4x higher than previous Qualcomm Hexagon Tensor Accelerator.
While it doesn't have an internal 5G modem, but you can pair it with the Snapdragon X55 modem for 5G connectivity.
