DxOMark: The camera score of Samsung Galaxy A71 is 84 points

Independent camera benchmarking website DxOMark just published the score of the Samsung Galaxy A71.

Decent scores, but not as high as the more affordable Galaxy A50

The Samsung Galaxy A71 got a respectable photo score of 89 points and a video score of 74 points for a total score of 84 points.

To recall, this device sports a 64MP + 12MP + 5MP + 5MP quad-cam setup and a 32MP selfie shooter.

DxOMark highlighted that it has accurate exposure and wide dynamic range, well-controlled noise outdoors and indoors, vivid and pleasant colors, nice bokeh effect, and effective video stabilization.

However, it has poor autofocus for photos and videos. It also has a limited dynamic range and visible noise for videos.

DxOMark said that it didn't really improve on the Galaxy A9 they tested a year ago. The detail is generally low and autofocus failures in low light can be frustrating as well.

Looking at DxO's website, even the more affordable Galaxy A50 got better camera scores.
