Based on the teaser, the Mi 10 Youth Edition will be different from the Mi 10 Lite 5G that Xiaomi launched in Europe last month.

The handset will come with a quad-camera setup with up to 50x digital zoom. Unlike previous super-zoom Xiaomi phones, it won't use a pair of telephoto lenses anymore. Instead, it'll come with a periscope sensor similar to the approach of the Huawei P30 Pro last year.

Most likely, the handset will be equipped with the 7nm Snapdragon 765G SoC since it is a "Lite" device. The said chip is the first Qualcomm SoC with a built-in 5G modem.

Xiaomi also teased that the MIUI 12 is coming. But, details about it are still scarce.

Xiaomi has a scheduled event on April 27, 2020, where they will launch the new Mi phone and should share more details about the MIUI12.

Stay tuned for the rest of the missing information including the price and availability.
