Huawei Enjoy Z 5G with 90Hz screen and MediaTek Dimensity 800 announced
In China, Huawei unveiled the Enjoy Z 5G, a MediaTek-powered 5G-ready smartphone on a budget.

The handset features 2.5D curved back design in Sakura Snow Clear Sky, Dark Blue, and Magic Night Black gradient colors and a metallic frame.

In front, it sports a 6.5-inch LCD (IPS) display with FHD+ resolution, 20:9 aspect ratio, 90Hz refresh rate, 180Hz touch sampling rate, 91.2 percent screen-to-body ratio, and a notch for the 16MP selfie camera.

Interestingly, it is powered by the 2.0GHz 7nm MediaTek Dimensity 800 5G octa-core processor, not a Kirin 5G SoC. Probably, Huawei did this to make the phone more affordable.

MediaTek Dimensity 800 is one of the cheapest 5G-ready SoC solutions in the market right now.
It also has up to 8GB RAM, up to 128GB storage, and 4,000mAh battery with USB-C 22.5W SuperCharge tech.
For cameras, the device uses a 48MP f/1.8 primary shooter with AF and EIS. The main camera can shoot handheld Night shots and up to 4K videos. It is assisted by an 8MP f/2.4 120-degree ultra-wide-angle camera and a 2MP f/2.4 4cm macro sensor.
Huawei has also implemented the "Antenna Boost Mode" for stronger overall signal reception.
