In Romania, Huawei launched two new budget phones and a tablet. The budget handsets are the Y5p and Y6p.

New Huawei budget phones with Huawei Mobile Services (HMS) and AppGallery
The Huawei Y5p is built around polycarbonate back design with a square camera hump. In the front, the handset uses an 18:9 5.45-inch HD+ TFT display with no notch.

Inside, the device comes with entry-level specs. It is powered by the 12nm Helio P22 octa-core processor with PowerVR GE8320 GPU, 2GB RAM, 32GB expandable storage up to 256GB via microSD card, and 3,040mAh battery.
At the back, it uses a single 8MP f/1.8 primary camera with PDAF and LED flash. In front, you'll see a 5MP f/2.0 selfie shooter.
The phone also has WiFi, 4G LTE, Bluetooth, GPS, A-GPS, and dual SIM slots.
It measures at 146.5 x 70.94 x 8.35 mm and weighs 144 grams.

On the other hand, the Huawei Y6p is the beefier device between the two. It comes 2.5D glass-like back design and a larger 6.3-inch HD+ 1600 x 720 20:9 notch display.
The phone also uses the same MediaTek Helio P22 SoC, but it has a larger 3GB RAM, 64GB expandable storage, and 5,000mAh battery capacity with outdated micro USB 10W charging.
The phone comes with a triple-cam at the back highlighting a 13MP f/1.8 PDAF primary shooter, a 5MP ultra-wide-angle camera, a 2MP depth sensor, and an LED flash. It uses an 8MP f/2.0 selfie shooter with face unlock in front.
Huawei Y6P also comes with a fingerprint scanner at the back, WiFi, 4G LTE, Bluetooth, GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS, and dual SIM slots.
It measures at 159.07 x 74.06 x 9.04 mm and weighs 185 grams.
