Huawei Y6p launched in PH, a sub-PHP 6K phone w/ 4GB RAM, 5,000mAh battery, and triple-cam

Right on schedule, Huawei launched its newest entry-level contender in town, the Y6p.

As a quick recap, the handset features a 2.5D curved back design in Phantom Purple, Emerald Green, and Midnight Black colors. It also sports a 6.3-inch HD+ screen with a notch, 12nm Helio P22 SoC, 4GB  RAM, 64GB expandable storage, and 5,000mAh battery capacity with micro USB 10W charging.

Camera UI

At the back, this is the sub-PHP 6K Huawei smartphone to load with a triple-camera setup. The handset uses a 13MP + 5MP + 2MP triple-cam. Inside the notch, you'll see an 8MP snapper with face unlock.

HMS out of the box

This handset also comes with a fingerprint reader behind, single yet powerful loudspeaker, Band 28 700MHz 4G LTE, and Android 10 OS with EMUI 10.1 skin out of the box.

Also, note that it loads with Huawei Mobile Services and AppGallery instead of Google.

The Huawei Y6p is priced at PHP 5,990 in the Philippines. Those who will pre-order the phone from May 22 to 31, 2020 will get freebies worth PHP 3,180. It includes Premium Bluetooth Headset, Huawei 15GB Cloud Storage for 12 months, and VIU Premium Access for 3 months.
