iQOO 3 5G Transformers Edition with Vapor Chamber cooling now official!

A Transformers Edition of the iQOO 3 5G performance flagship has been officially announced through Weibo.

Vivo's performance-focused brand recently announced a collaboration with One Piece through a special edition iQOO Z1 5G. It is decorated with One Piece inspired colors and brand. 

It turns out that iQOO is not done and has just announced the iQOO 3 5G Transformers Edition. The standard iQOO 3 5G is the company's performance flagship with a 6.44-inch Super AMOLED display with 2400 x 1080p resolution. The display is Gorilla Glass 6 protected and supports HDR10. 

Inside the iQOO 3 5G are the 7nm Snapdragon 865 processor, Adreno 650 GPU, 6GB/8GB RAM, 128GB/256GB of UFS 3.0 storage and 4400MAh battery with 55W Fast Charging. The Transformers Edition comes in a single variant with a 12GB/128GB configuration. 

At the back of the iQOO 3 is a 48MP main camera, 13MP 2x telephoto camera, 13MP 120-degree ultra-wide camera, and 2MP depth sensor while in front of the display is a punch hole on the top right side that houses the 16MP selfie camera.

The iQOO 3 5G Transformers Edition will go on sale in China on June 1 when the official price will be revealed.

But, it is worth noting that the base 6GB/128GB iQOO 3 5G standard version starts at CNY 2598 or around PHP 19K while the 12GB RAM and 256GB iQOO 3 5G standard version is priced at CNY 3,798 or around PHP 27K.

We speculate that the special edition Transformers Edition will be priced higher.
