In US, Samsung launched the newest member of the Galaxy S20 family, the Galaxy S20 Tactical Edition.

The Samsung Galaxy S20 TE is basically a Galaxy S20 in terms of specs, but with extra software features, security options, and a massive rugged case to help it survive even against hard drops. It still uses a 6.2-inch 120Hz AMOLED screen, 7nm Snapdragon 865 SoC, 5G connectivity with sub-6GHz support, and a triple-cam setup at the back.

Samsung said that this is the device designed to cater to the unique needs of military operators. It comes with a night vision mode that turns off the display so you won't get blinded while using night vision goggles, option to unlock the phone in landscape mode, stealth mode to disable LTE and mute RF broadcasting, DeX support for PC mode on the go, and the Knox with DualDAR encryption system.
