POCO's first TWS hearables will be called "Pop Buds"

A day back, POCO allowed its fanbase to name its very first TWS earbuds through a Twitter poll. Out of the 21,000 votes, the POCO Pop Buds won by a landslide with 42.4 percent of the total votes which is around 9,000 people.

The second-best was the Funkz with 27.9 percent followed by the Move Buds at number 3 with 23.9 percent. The last on the list is the Flip Buds with 5.8 percent of the total votes.

The POCO Pop Buds could be a rebadge or slightly modified version of the Mi AirDots 2 SE.

The Mi AirDots 2 SE is a budget TWS buds with a semi in-ear design that comes with a 14.2mm dynamic driver, touch controls for volume and track change, IR sensor for intelligent wear detection, dual microphones, voice control commands, Bluetooth 5.0 with LDHC/SBC/AAC codecs, and up to 20 hours of total battery life with charging case.

In China, it is priced at just CNY 169 or around PHP 1.2K without taxes and duties yet.

But these are just speculations for now. Let's wait and see what POCO will bring to the table.
