DxOMark just revealed the primary camera score of the OnePlus 8 Pro showing that it has a solid photo and video capabilities.

The back cameras of the OnePlus 8 Pro achieved a Photo score of 126 points and a Video score of 103 points for a total score of 119 points. It is 5 points up compared to the score of OnePlus 7T Pro last year.

The 119 average scores made it the 10th highest scoring camera phone in the world today. It bested the likes of Samsung Galaxy S20+ with 118 points and the iPhone 11 Pro Max with 117 points.

However, it is still not enough to beat the likes of Galaxy S20 Ultra with 122 points, OPPO Find X2 Pro with 124 points, and Huawei P40 Pro with 128 points.
OnePlus made this possible by using the 48MP f/1.78 Sony IMX689 w/ OIS, EIS + 48MP f/2.2 w/ 120-degree ultra-wide-angle, Super Macro + 8MP f/2.4 w/ 3x optical zoom + 5MP f/2.4 color filter with PDAF, Laser AF quad-camera setup.
According to DxOMark, the OnePlus 8 Pro is a solid choice for smartphone photography enthusiasts and it has no serious weaknesses.
DxO pointed out that for photos, it has good detail, low noise, accurate exposure, fast and reliable autofocus, nice color and detail in ultra-wide shots, and high detail and low noise using flash. For videos, it has bright target exposure and wide dynamic range, accurate and pleasant color, effective stabilization, and well-preserved detail.
DxOMark is yet to reveal the selfie score of its 16MP Sony front camera.
