Samsung teases upcoming Note, confirms August 5 launch

On YouTube, Samsung just teased the company's upcoming flagship Note device and confirmed the August 5, 2020 launch date.

The 15-second teaser showed the tip of its new S Pen and the Copper colorway of the device.

Earlier leaks from Samsung Ukraine confirmed that the phone is the Galaxy Note20 Ultra. Similar to the teaser, it showed a glass body with Copper colorway (Mystic Bronze) at the back.

A closer look at the new S Pen

It also showed that the phone will come with a huge rectangular camera hump with a possible quad-camera configuration. It should contain a high-resolution main cam, ultra-wide-cam, periscope super zoom cam, and a ToF 3D cam.

Other details about the phone are still unknown yet, but we hope that it'll feature a better chipset than the disappointing Exynos 990 SoC.

Samsung said that we can watch the Galaxy Unpacked virtual event on Samsung.com at 10AM ET.

Apart from the Note, Samsung will show its latest ecosystem of Galaxy devices.
