To support the Basic Education Learning Continuity Plan
The recipients of the laptops include 80 Learning Resource Coordinators of elementary and secondary schools plus 23 Division Personnel. The caption of the Facebook post reads that this is a part of "LGU support" to the Basic Education Learning Continuity Plan.
Based on the images, the boxes showed that they are ASUS TUF Gaming-branded laptops.
We are unsure what kind of laptop is this, but the most affordable TUF laptop is the ASUS TUF Gaming FX505 with an SRP of PHP 38,995. This laptop comes with a 15.6-inch screen, Ryzen 5 chip, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 GPU, 4GB RAM, 1TB HDD SATA, and an RGB gaming keyboard.
Nevertheless, it is a very capable laptop and should be more than enough to support the local government's Basic Education Learning Continuity Plan.
Also, FX505 has an option to be upgraded with more RAM and a faster SSD storage in the near future. It has a durable build as well. This should be good for a few years of use.
The post also noted that this initiative cannot be expedited without the help of Sir Paul Michael Cuadra.
For us, this is the definition of #SanaAll!
