The next A-series yet?

Leading global smart device brand OPPO is preparing to expand its local portfolio with the upcoming official launch of the OPPO A7 Pro 5G in the Philippines. Positioned as a performance-oriented mid-range offering, the device aims to address common consumer pain points such as battery degradation, sluggish app transitions, and limited camera versatility over extended periods of use.

The OPPO A7 Pro 5G incorporates a design concept described as "Flow with Light, Shaped by Nature." The handset features a wave-inspired 3D back panel engineered to shift visually under varying lighting angles. It measures 159.08 x 75.81 x 8.80mm and weighs 205 grams. It is available in Bloom Pink, Shine Titanium, or Surfing Blue. The phone is IP69K water and dust resistance rated and is MIL-STD-810H certified.

The rear camera module adopts an Ultra-Slim Stylish Deco layout, maintaining a streamlined horizontal profile. On the front, the device houses a 1.67mm Infinite Edge display framed by ultra-narrow bezels to maximize screen-to-body ratios.

In front of the phone is the 6.57-inch Flexible AMOLED display with a 2,372 x 1,080 resolution, a 1,400 nits peak brightness, an adaptive 60/90/120Hz refresh rate, and a 240Hz touch sampling rate. It covers 100 percent of the DCI-P3 color space and supports 10-bit color depth.

At the back is a 50MP f/1.9 main camera and a 2MP f/2.4 monochrome camera with an LED flash. In front is the 50MP f/2.1 100-degree selfie camera.
